Columbus Italian Festival returns 

The Columbus Italian Festival,presented by St. John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church, will return Oct. 8-10.

The annual celebration of food and culture will feature children’s events, a marching band competition and a host of entertainment including Elio Scaccio with the Rick Brunetto Big Band, Louis Prima Jr. and the Witnesses, and the San Giovanni Dancers.

And, of course, there will be plenty of food options.

The festival will take place at 168 E. Lincoln St. Admission costs $10, or free for children younger than 12 with a paying adult.
